'Nuther Eversharp Inquiry

Got this from Ebay today $9 was a bargain. New condition except for the corrosion around the handle ferrule. It is stamped 'Eversharp', and the spring is rounded on the right edge, allowing for easy opening. Rust was from the installed rusty blade that is GOK how old. It cleaned up to fresh & shiney. While the it pivots, it doesn't have ears, just plain spring.

Any idea of approximate age?
