Pete, your best bet is to ignore what the wife likes/dislikes. If shes anything like most of ours, you can wear something 2 days in a row and one day she'll love it and the next will hate it.

This is one area that I am happy about my wife not caring what I wear. While it can be extremely frustrating (her response to almost everything is, "That's nice."), it gives me free reign to wear whatever I want. The only thing she out and out said no to was Hammam Bouquet, which was perfectly fine by me. SHE EVEN LIKES THE VEG!!!

Actually, I have no complaints about the wifey. She is generally pretty good with me experimenting with scents. She only has a hard time when we are traveling in a car for awhile with one that she doesn't like too much. She will do the crack the window technique without saying a word.

The only one she really doesn't like at all is Tabac, which I do like. Yours like the Veg huh? Mine will never get the chance to experience it.
Cant get near it myself. No dig here to those who like it though.
