What's new

Note to SWMBO...

The next time you run a mug that you find sitting on the bathroom sink through the dishwasher, be sure to check the bottom of it for a brand-new bar of shaving soap.

Was it a puck of Williams by chance? :tongue_sm

VDH Deluxe. No big monetary loss, but the inexplicable gobs of suds pouring from the dishwasher was kind of a pain.

FYI, two wash cycles with a half cup of olive oil in each load tamed the soap monster quite nicely.

By some chance did you take any pictures...would love to have seen this!

Nice! Surely the weight of the mug would be a clue...

Anyways... Always put your stuff away!

Had something similar to me last year when someone grabbed my shaving (coffee) mug and washed it out in the sink a bit before throwing in the dishwasher. Yes it was a Williams and granted there wasn't much left, but the kitchen smelled pretty good for a while

That is very funny! Reminds me of a friend who was abandoned for a week by his mate. He filled the soap reservoir of the dishwasher with Ivory dish soap. Well! I think you guys would get along real fine!! :)

I started laughing when I first started reading your post, guessing that the dishwasher might have run over. Just like it does when you put regular dish washing liquid in the dish washer. :001_rolle
