Nivea After shave Balms

I was wondering... Is there much of a diffrence in the diffrent Nivea ASBs?? I know that the "cooling" has a little bit of alchohol in it.
But I was wondering about the "Replentishing" one and the "extra sensitive" and the "extreme comfort."
Is there a noticeable diffrence in these products? Does one out perform the other.
I use the "Sensitive" on a daily basis and love it. I just didn't know of there was much diffrence or was it just a marketing thing to buy more products? Any input on this would be great, thanks!!

I've used the Nivea balms, and like them. I always have some available because sometimes a regular AS just won't do. I even take some along when I travel. :thumbup1:

Aside from the 'Cooling' balm, the only differences I could noticebly tell were due to the scents... All of them are different. I believe the Xtreme Comfort is a greenishcolor with the stongest scent of all four IMO.

The Sensitive ASB in the white glass jar has a light scent - a little goes a long way, but I find it has very good moisturizing properties, and does well applied after the shave or after a splash.

Good inexpensive ASB.

I've been using the Nivea balms for a while, and my current favorite is Sensitive - The question is, do any of them have witch hazel? I never checked.

I use the Nivea replenishing balm and enjoy the way it treats my skin and the mild pleasant smell. I recommend it. I like the feel of the milk glass bottle and have not bounced one yet.

One of the few cheap products I like. I have Skin Food and Proraso ASB, which I love, but I still love using the Cooling ASB at least once a week. And I love the smell.

It's $5.00 well spent.

I find this an okay balm, but not really special. I suppose I like a bit more scent. For a balm that has little scent but is cooling you might try the Jason's 6 in 1.
Cheers.

A couple of these used to be my staples, before I got into DE and Proraso splash and balm.

I though they were quite good, and I've used all but the Cooling. They all have different cooling and moisturising properties, in my experience. But now, compared to Proraso balm, they feel heavy and less effective, with the extreme comfort being the poorest of the lot IMO.

But I've had some 'high end' samplers that were far worse in this regard, so for the price, these are pretty good honest products, and the scents are good too.

I have both the sensitive and cooling. The cooling one burns my face like hell and I don't use it anymore. I also think it smells bad. I think the sensitive one is a pretty damn descent product for 5 bucks and it smells fine IMO. The Sensitive and Proraso Cream are far safer bets I think.

Thanks for the input Gentlemen! I have the "Sensitive" and the "Cooling". I enjoy them both!! I really like the cooling on the days when i shave with Proraso or Mama Bears Awakenings! I always apply a small amount to a wet face.
But has anyone noticed a diffrence as far as Moisturizing and drying in the others? (i.e. "extra sensitive" replentishing" and "extreme comfort")
