Dang! That is both wonderful and inexpesive.

I just started with an improvised pseudo-scuttle and am sold on the concept. Have to measure around the sink as I'm hearing space issues from SWMBO.

Nice looking scuttle! I ordered one from Robert 2 weeks ago. I ordered model# 001 marble fudge, The cost was $29.00, you can't beat the price and the quality is second to none.I like the fact that he makes the spout round so you can plug it up which will
help contain the heat a little longer. I intend to use a real cork in mine, to give it more of a old fashion look. Good luck with yours.

I know I don't need to justify acquisition disorder to you gentlemen, but this is just perfect. Gorgeous pieces, *exactly* the size I wanted. I take a long time to shave, a LONG time, and the lather is positively frigid by the time of the final passes; so this will be *excellent* for me. And all for such a low price.

Now I just have to wait. What awesome pieces.

I've been face lathering since I started with wet shaving. It's great things like this scuttle that almost get me to justify trying out a warm lather. He does a lot of nice work, going by the pictures on the site.

I got the 9 a few weeks back. It is really awesome with soaps. I put a puck of MWF in mine, take the hot water out from the brush soaker, and make these mega lathers. The scuttle also works double time by heating up the puck. There is no better way to do it with soap imo. I prefer creams so I do a semi dry lather in the bowl to heat it up and get the harder chunks of Castle Forbes broken down. Then finish off the lather on the face. Beautiful stuff.
