Newly arrived QED Select!

Just got my QED Select 20mm Best Badger Brush from Charles. It is my first brush, and let me say, I am almost annoyed that I've been missing out on this in my 8 or so years of shaving. It holds an impossible amount of water; this thing defies the laws of physics. The brush is very soft, and might I say, huge. I thought that buying the smallest brush would be too small- but I think that I will have to upgrade from the mug that I'm using to a larger one!

I'll do my own review in the Review forums in a couple of weeks once I take it for a few test shaves.

A fabulous brush. If a was a cream-using bowl-latherer, I'd still have it.
But I'm a soap-loving face-latherer.

I use a Rooney 3/1 'Super'.

I also have a BBEv2, which is better for creams, IMHO.

I bet that QED will be a damn good face latherer as well - with creams AND soaps. How about a picture of that new fellow.

I couldn't take any pictures today guys, too excited to shave with it! Many pics next time, however. I'd like to weigh the brush before and after to see just howuch water it retains. I know that it's great for cream! Unsure about soaps, this was only my 2nd DE shave!
