New Variant on Good Will razor?

I have acquired a Good Will razor that does not appear to be listed with Krumholz. Possibly I missed it. The guard is as described as the Special Goodwill #175, but instead of the #160 cap, it has a unique (to me) cap. I am enclosing pictures.

Guess I shoulda looked at the label. That's it Canadian. Looks little used. In fact, its wear may be from storage. Thanks.

I found one just like it at a flea market two years ago, sadly someone had cut all it's teeth off..
