I went back to hiring a trainer after leaving my last one. I spent the last few months on my own just incorporating what I know and enjoying but but I need someone to watch the fine print, meaning watching what I do now won't come back a few months from now and setting me back.
I had a real good cut of weight for summer, got down to a lean 215. I want to get up to about 250lbs this offseason and hopefully weigh in around 220ish for a national qualifier next year in May.
