New to SE Razors, Help Me Identify These Please!

I am a vintage Gillette DE guy so humbly asking your indulgence over here in the SE subforum. I just received a birthday package in the mail from my daughter. I mentioned my razor hobby and asked her to watch for razors at antique or thrift stores. She found two near-mint SE razors in their original boxes. Please help me identify or direct me how to research/identify these:

A "GEM Micromatic Razor". Underneath the head: Made in USA, Pat. No. 1739280-1773614. Can these be identified to model and year?

An "Eversharp - Schick Injector Razor". Underneath the head: Made in U.S.A., U.S. PATS. 1806087, 1969945. The first "1" could be an "I". The handle is ivory with some brown marbeling. Can you identify to model and year? I also see a marking: "Insert Key" with an arrow>. What is that? What key? How do you open/change blades?

Any help is appreciated. I found the thread/sticky on where to find SE blades. Any suggestions on vendors?

The first photo looks like the Open Comb Micro-matic razor, and a Type E or G Schick Injector, both great razors. The Injector is probably the Type G variety due to the Eversharp naming. The MMOC was from the 30's but a specific date is tough to nail.

I agree with the Sledge on both his ID's, and can add one little tidbit on your injector: Take a look at the handle. If you notice a seam running down it, that means that it's plastic, and that it's a Model G. If no seam, then it's made of bakelite and it's an E. (I also vaguely remember that E models had only 1 patent # listed and G's had 2, but I can't swear to that.)

Thanks fellas. What can you tell me about the dates on the Schick Type E and G? Does anyone still sell Schick injector blades?

Any "GEMologists" out there than can point me to blades?

Amazon: Chinese made Schick Blades (Chicks); http://www.amazon.com/Schick-Inject...987054&sr=8-1&keywords=schick+injector+blades

Razor Blade Company: Personna Brand Injectors, 12 dispensers with the metal tab, 20 blades in each dispenser for $37.00 + you can calculate shipping, ~$6-8 dollars depending on location; http://www.razorbladeco.com/products/24-89-0043-coated-injector-blade-in-dispensers.aspx

A few B&B Vendors carry a 7 blade pack & you could try Walgreen, Rite-Aid or CVS, Ted Pella also has them, but you can't calculate shipping, which IME was a bit higher than the others.
I've used the Amazon "Chicks" and had good results, ~12 comfortable shaves out of 15, #s 3, 7 & 11 were a bit rough and left irritation. The Personna Blade for me is a bit smoother, I had 14 consecutive, comfortable shaves, YMMV.

One drawback on the Razor Blade Company is they require a minimum $50.00 order, They do carry the SE Gem PFTE Blades, 100 @$21.00, and some Personna DE Blades with the Black & Red Cardboard package, 12 dispensers , 10 blades in each @$34.65 that you could include.

I think I can affirm that the aforementioned Schick is a Type G from the PAT. Nos. and seam line on the plastic handle. All I need now is to find a pack of same era blades. Ideas?

Many independent drugstores and some Walgreen's will carry the Schick injector blades and GEM SE blades.
