New Straight = Upgrade!!

I got a new straight today! I completed a trade with a new member, Justin Low. My Vision for his DOVO 5/8 ebony.

The DOVO came today so I get to try it out tonight! I'll follow up w/results.

I've been using/learning with a Christensen that I picked up B/S/T and had Ambrose hone up. I think I'll PIF that one to a straight newbie that wants/deserves to try one out.

What do you all think?

First Shave!

Very smooth. The new blade feels much more rigid and sharp. Me likey!

That is an upgrade, I love how larger Dovos hone up. They hone up super sharp! Im glad you are going forward with your straights and shaves.
