This is a great bit of marketing to save money moving to plastic bottles.

I'd rather get a nice heavy glass bottle and risk it breaking thank you very much.

New Shatterproof Bottle!!! Those vermin/weasels in the ad dept. probably thought for a fortnight about the right "global-marketing-solution" to introduce that low-rent plastic ***...Why even include the dimples in the bottle??

The evil isn't limited to the introduction of the cheap plastic bottle and the loss of tradition and heft that the glass has.

The move to plastic is often done along with a reformulation, because the same ingredients that store just fine in glass don't always do well in plastic.

The P&G reformulation of Old Spice was concurrent with a move from glass to plastic...It will be interesting to see if Skin Bracer makes the move intact.

no I think it's discontinued. I saw it once in a store last year but didn't pick it up. The scent was Old Spicey, but leaning toward Pinaud Bay Rum ..

It`s a world trend, for example here you can buy the re-incarnation of Brut aftershave in a plastic bottle with no packaging for $9.99 or you can buy the same thing, but a smaller quantity, in a glass bottle with packaging (cardboard box) for $11.99.

Probably a cheesy marketing gimick to make the bottles seem fuller or to increase grip. I got this exact set in a mystery box. My skin's a little sensative to it, but I like the scent. I do wish they'd bring back the glass bottles tho.
