New Paco Custom Shave Hatchet!

Got some good mail today!
Hatchet may be an overstatement, it's an 8/8. Still, it's the biggest, heaviest blade I own. And the first Kamisori so I'm pretty thrilled about it. Also the first custom razor for me, now that I think about it.
I have been wanting to try one of these for some time, I saw the blades Brian was making and decided it was time to jump in.
Have not had a chance to shave with it yet but it feels nice and keen, very very happy with my purchase. Thanks again Brian!

Lol..I had a brief shave with it this morning, mostly blood free. It was a mistake to think that it wasn't going to be much different than using a straight. I think it's going to take a little practice with angles, pressure, etc. it's very cool though, looking forward to learning to use it well.

Nice looking razor. I'm always impressed with asymmetrical grinds and how much skill it must take to do them properly.
