New DE and Wet Shaving Pelican Storage!

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to share my relatively new purchase of the PILS! I also wanted to share my new (final) storage situation. Below are the pictures demonstrating my set up.

So here is how it works. The first layer of foam is thick and sturdy. This top layer houses all of my DE razors (when closed, the lid eggshell foam keeps all 7 of them from moving.) Once I remove the first layer of foam and all the razors atop it, a second compartment opens up with two brushes, a SE DOVO, and some accessories.

That looks pretty darn slick. I assume you had to cut out places for your razors to fit? What did you use to cut them? I have been looking for the right kind of foam to put inside a cigar box to house some of my loose razor heads and handles.

Thanks! Its actually the pick and pluck foam from pelican! The pelican case was about 40 dollars!

If you travel with it, do you plan to handcuff it to your wrist like people do in movies? That is some precious and valuable cargo!
