Thought I'd relate this:
On Sunday spent the day putzing around and missed my morning time.
Early evening walked in the door to be greeted by my neighbors and my wife telling me how I had forgotten we were going out with the neighbors and to hurry up and get ready. I told her to give them a drink I'd be ready in a 1/2 hour. My wife rolled her eyes and told the neighbors it will take that long because of this "shaving thing". I set out all my gear and jumped in the shower. Was just getting ready to start lathering and a knock at the door. It was Bill my neighbor asking if he could see this. He remembered his dad and my wife was going on and on about my shaving obsession. I said sure . After I was done I looked over and saw him intently looking at at the Fatboy in the holder. I said you really could use a decent shave and I didn't have to say it twice. The Tabac was relathered and away he went. Did really great !!! No nicks, DFS off the bat and 3 passes. Finished up with a little witchhazel and AV.
At dinner a lot of chiding by the SWMBO's, but Monday morning he was on my step asking if he could try out using one of my razors for a week .
Gave him the Fat boy, with a puck of Tabac, a Ever Ready Badger and some red israeli's.
Saw him at the Train this Morn. His statement " 3 of the best shaves I have had in my life. I need your help to put a kit together. Threw out the Goo and the fusion this Morning"
