Need help identifying? Is this a Khaki Set?

Is this a Khaki set or just an Old Type? And what's the approximate value?

So what is it?

Its not a Khaki set then? or is it?

Yes your set is a Khaki set from WWI. There should be a serial number on the top of the comb guard. It looks like it is missing the mirror which was glued on the cloth insert in the top half of the case.

The set from glasgowgoodies is a Canadian Khaki set probably made for WWII. The 1932 stamped on the razor is a patent number and not when the razor was made.

The value of the WWI set will vary all over the place and will depend on the condition of the razor, the case and if the mirror is present. Also take a close look at the plating of the cap. Gillette nickel plated many of the razors for these sets. Most sets were made around 1918. I would value your set between $25 and $45.

Unfortunately in Germany I can´t open ebay links about WWII, so I can´t see the canadian set. The WWII sets have Tech razors. There is no print "Khaki Set", but I believe they are called "Khaki Set" too.

I HATE the anti-20th Century Historical Laws that the Bonn Regime forced on the German people. Off topic a bit but it angers me.
