Need advice on GEM 1912 repair

I am new to SE Razors. I tried to load a blade into the GEM 1912 tonight but I was unable to. I held it up against another 1912 that I have and I noticed that this "pressure tab" should be outside of the top piece, not inside like it is on this razor.

How do I fix this without damaging? Thanks.

Use something like a popsicle stick and gently guide it back through the opening with the blade cover part way down,should fall back into place and work ok.
