I picked up this my-te-fine razor a while back. It's a mild shaver, I like the handle very much. More rare to find then the blades, at least I don't recall seeing many before. The entire razor weighs 43.5g and the handle is 22g. A slightly heavier head is a good balance point for me.

Jeff, thanks but i just have many bookmarks and saved info from members like yourself. I have sections in my computer that is all shave related, i also have many books on shaving that i reference to.

Now I get it, my-te-fine is a brand name that Freds used to sell produce. I was thinking it was an obscure razor company.

So it's like one of those "ivory soap" branded razors. good to know, but I still wonder who made it.

Meyer basically sold anything, he had it made by major companies and slapped his name on it.
