Some of you probably know this Already, But I Thought it was Worth Mentioning.
I purchased a Platinum Plaisir Green Fountain Pen With Converter In January.
At The End of February, The 27th to Be Exact, I bought A Bottle Of ink at Staples.
As Soon As I Could That Day, I Filled This Pen up For The First Time.
As I Used it the next Few days, I noticed that I kept getting ink on my hands.
so much, that my hands were Stained for several hours.
I Examined The Pen, And Found Nothing Wrong with it.
By this Time it was Time to Refill The Pen Again, This Time I Tried Something.
I took two paper towels, One dry, one lightly wet.
after I got the converter Filled with ink, I wiped The Nib and Surrounding Area with the lightly wet paper Towel.
Then i dryed it with the dry Paper towel.
I Am Pleased To Report That My Little Ink problem Is no longer occuring.
I have Since Done this "wipe Down" a Few More Times, and Still have no Problems.
The Pen is Perfect now, and I'm very Pleased.
