Some time ago I contracted Fidem Scit or Pete Wolf of Wolf Whiskers to custom make me a brush. He was real great to work with. When I couldn't find what I liked in his current stock of blanks, he let me find what I was looking for online (in a store he usually bought from). After confirming design details.. I paid him. Pictured below is the result of it all.

These are his pictures that he sent to me. The Third one was to show me that it would be smaller than the usual Tuxedo design due to the Acrylic of the Blank I picked. It had a tendency to become gooey when heated from turning. I didn't mind that at all It made the design more unique and it had me all over it. I have lathered with it twice since getting and it out performs my previous brushes (Marvy Eterna 923 and a Generic Brush from a local soap maker) and it feels great when I face lather with it.
