Everyone's mileage notoriously varies, but maybe this is worth a shot.
I've begun to get a sense of some of the razor/blade combinations that work for me, and I thought, just maybe, other gents who hold the same combos in high esteem might also have a sense of what new blades I should try.
So ... my face likes the EJ89 with the Derby Class (and pretty much likes the same blade in my mid-60s SuperSpeed and Milord). Right now that's my standard of comparison. I've also really liked the Treet Platinums and Bluebirds in the EJ89 -- and liked the Lord Platinum Class and Shark Super Stainless a bit less well.
On the OC side, my Cadet TP-26 and the Gillette 7 O' Clock Green work well (although I have the sense that ouit there somewhere there's an even better blade for this razor, for me).
Any recommendations, based on these -- or just based on your thoughts on a must-not-miss to try out? I'm still in the sampling phase after several months of DE shaving.
Thanks to all!
