My current favorite Simpsons, 2-Band heaven - Chubby 2 & Duke 3

I've now bought and sold 5 Simpsons within the last 3-4 months, and can now after 10+ shave breakins with each honestly say that these 2 are my current favorites:


Duke 3 2-Band & Chubby 2 2-Band

As some will know I face lather exclusively and only with creams and croaps - not soap, since soap tend to dry out my skin.

Still waiting for my Rooney Stubby 2XL 2-Bander and my Thäther 49125/2 2-Bander

P.S. Claus, you could have asked Mark or Brett to have "3 Super" laser engraved on your Duke 3. Just a hint for your next 2 band Simpson!

Thanks, yeah it is really a nice brush. But far more pointy that the Duke 3 in best, so it actually behaves like a Duke 3 handle with the Duke 2 precision, if you know what I mean

Yes, Claus. Mark Watterson is the Managing Director of the Vulfix/Simpson factory and Brett Clarke is the General Manager. Both are wonderful people and can, at customer's request, make special engravings and personalized brushes. I have a couple of Duke 2 Best with my name "Marco" and my son's name "Joey" laser engraved on the bottom of the handles.

I will contact him next time I will buy a Simpson brush - but that will probably not be before 2013.....but you never know.....SBAD is evil
