My Brother's Impending Graduation

Ladies and Gents. I need your help in trying to find a present for my little brother who is graduating from college comes this May. He's a Visual Arts and Advertising Major and has won several student ADDY awards. He's also a wet shaver.

I'd love to get him something nice in the wet shaving department but I'm unsure what to get him. This is a pretty big time so I'm probably looking for a gift under $200....
