I'm looking to try MWF. Fendrihan in Canada sells a Kent/MWF which appears to be MWF made for Kent, and therefore sold under the Kent name. Does anyone know whether this product is indeed the same product as "regular" MWF? Presumably it is. OK, so I bought the Kent/MWF and received it:
There's nothing anywhere on the package about MWF and it's different from the other descriptions of MWF that I've seen with its ceramic bowl etc. So, is this "MWF"?

Yes , mine looked the same ! Read up on the best ways to lather with a brush !

OK, thanks again all. I shall now use it without fretting about what it is!
I bought it, w/o the bowl. When you're ready for a refill Bull Goose Shaving has MWF pucks for $13. Cheapest I've seen.
I have MWF with the ceramic bowl and it's my favourite. The ceramic bowl is nice but you shave with the soap not the container. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
I also have MWF with the ceramic bowl and it performs very well!

Don't tell anybody, but I have a MWF ceramic bowl I got 2nd hand from a member here, and a puck of Kent branded MWF sittin' in it

so i went to the auction site and saw Kent shaving soap from a UK vendor for about $16 shipped.
i emailed the seller asking if this was the soap that was similar to MWF.
his response:

What the vendor said is rubbish. They are the same. I have them both. Apparently the vendor don´t have a clue either- judging from his reply. Nevermind a great soap it reamains all the same.
Wish I saw this thread a couple days ago. I order directly from Kent's website being in the UK - had I know their shave soap was the same as MWF, I would've thrown a couple pucks in to my order of one of their brushes. Might have to do that before leaving here in a few months $10 a puck is pretty good, and the soap is one of my favorites so far.
