Its not often that a soap is something that gets me excited, but this stuff has become a favorite. I've always washed my face prior to shaving, and for many years have used Neutrogena. I read about this product online and gave it a try. While I don't detect much lime in its clean, "soapy" scent, I really think it performs well. Anyone else use it?

Yup I use it for every shave. I love the stuff. It's not the end all be all but it works great for me.

They claim it is "formulated for pre-shave use". I'm unsure what that means, but I like it!
Good post I was wondering about this soap. So the smell isn't strong? Probly going to pick some up for the spring month shaves.

"Strong" is quite a subjective term. My point was, even though its labeled as "lime", I don't notice much of that particular scent. It certainly has a stronger scent than Neutrogena.
Since getting into wet-shaving, I've tried a couple "facial cleansers" (Zirh, Cetaphil)....which are an additional expense. After months of that experiment, my feeling is that a single glycerin soap is every bit as effective.
