It's real simple to register at SMF, but more importantly, I think that offer was a one-time preproduction offer, and that its not valid at this time, SMF member or not.

I think ScottS is correct. The time is past for the SMF pre-production offer.
I believe the plan is to make it available on the Shavemac web site. There will also be some for sale in the SMF swap forum.
Really seems like a unique and very usable brush.
