Mixing Aqua Velva and Thayer's Superhazel?

Hey, I was thinking that creating some sort of Aqua Velva Ice Blue/Thayer's Superhazel concoction would be brilliant. The awesome scent/alcohol/glycerin/menthol of Aqua Velva plus the healing properties of the witch hazel and aloe vera (and whatever else) in the Thayer's Superhazel would make a supercombination aftershave.

Has anyone ever tried this? The only thing I would be afraid of is watering down the menthol/scent. A fun unique project, perhaps. Or I could just buy Speik.

I was actually thinking about combining the two into a single aftershave that I decant in a larger bottle or something. Maybe it would just work better to tone and then splash, but the simplicity of using one aftershave lotion seems more realistic with my time constraints. Has anyone ever actually combined the two into their own custom splash?

I've been combining AV Ice Blue and Dickinson's WH.

I cup my hand and splash in a generous amount of WH, then a few drops of AV.. for me, AV is too strong "straight up" - this combo makes it just right..

I've actually been doing this with all my aftershaves. I prefer a hint of scent as opposed to a wall..

Then my cologne can do its own thing unemcumbered.
