My local grocery store was out of the yogurt I usually buy so I decided to try something new--Safflower Power by Old Home. According to the label, if I eat 2 cups of this brand of yogurt a day, follow a low fat diet, and perform regular execise, I'll see improved body shape and tone in 8-12 weeks. I'm sure I'd never achieve this result if I followed a low fat diet and exercised regularly but didn't eat the yogurt. I wonder if I can speed up the process if I eat three cups of this yogurt a day.
