Miracle food

My local grocery store was out of the yogurt I usually buy so I decided to try something new--Safflower Power by Old Home. According to the label, if I eat 2 cups of this brand of yogurt a day, follow a low fat diet, and perform regular execise, I'll see improved body shape and tone in 8-12 weeks. I'm sure I'd never achieve this result if I followed a low fat diet and exercised regularly but didn't eat the yogurt. I wonder if I can speed up the process if I eat three cups of this yogurt a day.

You should probably eat only the yogurt and only when exercising.

I once ate this yogurt and the next week I won every major sporting event. In the world. Twice.

I wasn't sure what brand you guys were talking about so I just bought all of the yogurt at the supermarket. I'll eat it all tomorrow

Any yogurt (or healthy food) paired with diet and exercise will do that. :laugh:

I love ad claims.

No quantifier on how much you will improve.

Nor do they mention the lowfat diet and exercise WITHOUT the yogurt will improve you just as much.
 
This is the yogurt of Chuck Norris.

That comment is bordering on blasphemy. Mr. Norris could achieve these results in 3-6 weeks while eating only 1 cup of Safflower Power yogurt a day.
