Mike's Natural Soaps: Just Ordered a bunch!

After reading about his soaps here, I went and ordered a bunch. I got a lot of samples and a full bar of Bay Rum shave soap and full bar of Barbershop bath soap.

Can't wait to get it!

I ordered a few samples as well. Love the smell of almost all of the one's I got. Not sure about Lime yet. Will have to give it a lather to get the true smell and then be the judge. Bay Rum was used the last 2 days and I love the smell. The samples are a bit difficult to load from so I'm face lathering by rubbing the sample on my face like a shave stick

Samples can be spread easily across bottom of a bowl.

Well, I got them today!

I just took a shower with the barbershop bath soap then shaved with the bay rum. Both are EXCELLENT!

The lather for the bay rum was the best of any soap I have tried. My face only had 1 day of growth which is when my face gets the most irritated if I shave that soon. Typically, I shave every two days.

Anyway, the soap smells great but isn't too strong and is very slick!

I thought Proraso was good, but this is better for me.

I took a chunk off the soap bar and put way too much in my bowl. Luckily, with soap we can just stick it back in the container. I'm using a plastic tupperware container to hold it.

I'm very glad I found out about Mikes natural soaps from this board. Thank you gentleman!

I thought Proraso was good, but this is better for me.

Totally agree with you there. Proraso is a fine soap, but Mike's is in a league by itself.
