Mike's Natural Soap - Contact Info?

Does anyone have an email address for Mike's Natural Soaps? I submitted an order over a week ago and have had no contact from them. I suspect something has gone wrong, but cannot find anything on their site for how to contract them.

His shipping takes a while. Both of the orders I have made took longer than a week.

He was closed during the holidays until the 4th or 5th and would start shipping after that date. He is probably catching up with the orders he received while he was closed

It took nearly two weeks to get an email reply from Mike before Christmas, other posts I've seen have commented that he's not the quickest to respond. The soap is awesome though!

Yeah, he could be a little quicker to respond. I trust him, though. He always comes through.

That's surprising, as I received my order within a couple days of ordering it. I've only tried Mike's soap once so far. I'll need a few more trials to see if I like it though.

I placed an order with expedited shipping and didn't get the order in that time. I emailed him and asked about it and he said he had a lot more orders than he was expecting and was out of stock on some stuff. I think he said it was shipping today.

Seems like a super nice guy, and I like to support small business, so I think it's worth it. I'm looking forward to trying to soap.

I wouldn't worry about your order too much, might just be taking a little longer than usual. I placed an order about a month ago that took a little longer than usual but it was because he ran out of one of the soaps I ordered, no problem. Mike's a good guy, and he's always sent me the tracking info as soon as it shipped.

A couple of times, Mike has responded almost immediately, once, it took a few days. He's busy just like everybody else. His shipping time, however, has always been pretty prompt. I've ordered from him 4 times.

Regardless, IMO, the soap is worth the wait. Not sure you're going to find a better shaving soap.

Got mine yesterday and gave it a test shave...man...that stuff is nice. I think I'm going to place a second order here in a week or two. I'm going to make my girlfriend try a brush and the coconut sample he hooked me up with this weekend. If she likes it, I'll order some for her too.

I'm using a shampoo bar, bath soap, and two shaving soaps from Mike. Definitely worth the wait. You won't be disappointed!
