I've never met the guy so i can't say if i like him or not. As far as his work as an actor, i like his movies. I personally don't see what everyones fascination is with actors, athletes, musicians, etc. They're people like us.

There are exemptions to CA PC 631/629/632 when their is a crime being committed. The laws on recording in CA have changed a multiple amount of times to accommodate federal laws but there won't be or have there been mention of the recordings being allowed in court. The investigating agency will still have to subpoena for the recordings if they are not voluntarily given to them.

Growing up, Braveheart was my favorite movie. Because of that, the situation makes me a little sad. Aside from that, I don't give a hoot. The guy is a nutcase and has committed career suicide. He pretty much did himself in when he made the comment about Jews, this will just be the coup de grace. I'm sure he's fine financially.

Like OJ Simpson, he always seemed to me to be an agreeable, nice guy. And maybe sometimes he is. Just goes to show you that celebrities, like everyone else, are complete people and what you see isn't necessarily the whole picture.
