I have the same situation:



When I ordered the scented version the 'Payment accepted' status only lasted for a day! I'm not feeling very confident about this... I will mail them during the weekend!

I just sent them a message via their webinterface and got a confirmation mail that the message has been received. I will post their reply in this thread!

It seems they are backed up. I put my order in on the 13th and according to the tracking MDC sent, my order was shipped on the 16th. Probably get it next week.

Martin de Candre is renowned for their fast shipping. I'm expecting a bottle of Myrsol from WCS on Thursday via FedEx. I'll wager you'll get your MdC before I get my Myrsol, and my Myrsol is coming from California.

Don't expect tracking on international orders. Once the package leaves the country of origin, the tracking is no good.

Exactly my experience also! That's what bothers me - no progress on the order for five days. My earlier order for the scented version took two days from order to being sent and then 6 days from the south of France to Stockholm...

For what it's worth, I ordered on Monday morning and got a shipping notice yesterday (Friday) evening.

Navigating their site on Monday brought me back to the bad old days of dial-up.

Thanks Guys. Hopefully, I will see some shipping info soon. I have only had a sample of their product and it was wonderful. However, I've been a tad disappointed by the lack of communication. I emailed them on Wednesday asking about the order and have yet to see anything. Hopefully Monday.
