Looks like a pils de clone (silver de)
some use this ??

I have one (the Lord, not the Pils) but I sincerely doubt it is a Pils-clone. Not that I think Lord is the most original razor designer out there but I think your time-line is incorrect and the Lord has been around for longer than the Pils. The design is also close to some of the razors made by Treet (Pakistan) and Dorco (Korea) and Pils is rather the latest clone than the original, if so at all. Originality in DE-razors is always a bit of an issue; in the end they are all designed to hold a blade first made by Gillette and there are just that many variations possible.

The "sandwich-style" DE head (my term) has been around awhile. The Wilkinson Sword Classic is a variation on this. And I believe that Lord model has been around since at least 2008 if not before.

Pils is hardly the originator in this instance.
