i had my little badger brush from tweezerman for at least a month and a half and it seems every shave a little hair comes out is it supposed to do that

No, it's not supposed to shed every shave after 6 weeks. Losing a hair or two occasionally could be considered normal. It might be a symptom of a problem so, if you're not comfortable, return it. The good news is that there's at least 10,000 hairs in there so it won't affect the performance of the brush for a while.
