The only "menthol" cream that I've used is Proraso, (C.O. Bigelow version) and just absolutely love the cooling effect. I'm looking for a cream with even a bigger menthol kick. You guys have any recommendations?

If you can find somebody that can send you some Tryphon's Permafrost, you'll be in for a menthol treat. It might make a comeback, so keep your eyes open.

+2 on The Ingrams. I just sampled some this morning and all I can say is WOW. It is perfect for the warmer summer months.
Put a goodly dollop of Proraso Pre/Post on your face prior to lathering ... you won't really need to pick the right cream then!
Godrej Menthol Mist is pretty brutal. Felt like I was rinsing off between passes with Osage rub. You do have to use more cream than normal, but for 1.99 who cares? Excellent stuff.

I mix about 5 drops of "Shave Secret" with my Proraso. It intensifies the cooling but isn't numbing. I also find that it makes my lather a bit richer.
Ingrams and Godrej are now on my list of creams to get.

Nothing comes close to the MTBB 10/10 menthol, IMO. It's like the exact opposite of a thermonuclear bomb, on your face. It may take a little getting used to, but man...when it's in the triple digits outside, it's just about right.
