Looking for a 'natural' citrus aftershave

Hi,

Could somebody recommend a citrus aftershave that is very mild and natural - not too strong or chemical feeling/smelling.

If anyone has used pacific shaving cream, thats the kind of citrus I am talking about. With more natural than artificial ingredients would be a big plus too.

thanks

The Pe-Re-Ja Lemon cologne from Turkey works pretty well as an aftershave and it's made only of alcohol and lemon.

+1. This would probably be the most real thing you could get.

One warning: lemon, lime and other citrus essential oils like this are photosensitizers. In other words, you can get a sunburn quicker from them (and other sun damage).

Therefore, if you work outside every day, this may be something to keep in mind when you are going for real citrus essential oils.

Check these two out:

Anthony Logistics For Men Alcohol Free Toner (nice grapefruit scent, excellent aftershave)
Lucky Tiger Aftershave and Face Tonic (perfect citrus scent, mild but pleasant, also alcohol free)

A +1 on SCS Mediterranean Citrus. Another possibility, Earth Science Herbal/Aloe Aftershave. All natural ingredients, light citrus smell, with potassium alum and other good stuff.

I'm sure you know this but watch out that you don't get one with lime essential oil, as that can increase UV sensitivity.

I'm a huge fan of Professor Blighty's Grapewood aftershave, available from the UK via ebay. It's pretty heavy on the grapefruit but not in an artificial way. If you're a fan of grapefruit in general it's really worth a shot. I've been using it regularly over the past few months but really looking forward to using it on hot summers days.

I should add that I got it as a freebie from the prof for a review but after months of use it's gonna be a permanent fixture in my rotation

SCS med citrus... not sure if orders are going out yet though. But its good stuff.

Interestingly enough, I was after Med. Citrus recently, but didn't see it on the site. Wendy emailed me to say she had one left, but that she didn't know if they would make more due to a difficulty in aquiring the ingredients from a vendor. Oh, and Lucky Tiger is a nice product with a mild citrus scent.
