L'Occitane Cade Soap and shaving oil

Dear Gentlemens,

I have bought L'occitane 100 mg soap and also 30 ml shaving oil,

First question, do i have to use the oil on my face, or simply add 1-2 drop over the soap or bowl?

Second question with 5/7 dialy use per week, how long will this soap and oil last? Seller said that 7-8 months for soap and 6 months for oil.

The pre-shave oil is applied directly to the face.
Soaps life span is variable depending on your load technique and brush used. It's a classic YMMV (your mileage may vary). I'd say conservatively a milled soap like Cade will last anywhere from 4 to 6 months with daily use, but you'll just have to use it up to really know how much soap you go through.
