L'Occataine Cade Soap Availability In Canada

Noticed my local L'Occataine store isn't stocking Cade shaving soap re-fills and neither the re-fill or the aluminum bowl are listed on the Canadian website anymore. Anyone know what the story is?

Hi. Not really sure but as far as I know it was kind of discontinued for some time. I'm pretty sure you can purchase online. I got from a shop in Sweden which means they still produce it.

I did search on other L'Occitaine country sites and found both the shaving soap and bowl available. Now the local store sales associates say they are out of stock at their Canadian warehouse and waiting for another shipment. Wether or not that's true, who knows.

funny, its gone from the bays site now as well, that would be the bay as in hudson bay, not the online auction place

That's what I heard as well, asked the sales rep. at the Oakville store. Not discontinued, said Christmas drained them, wet shaving on the rise.

Yorkdale has a store that has them in stock. Saw it a few weeks ago. Forget the store name but it's in the new section right across from the Windows store (yes, as in Microsoft Windows 8).

I stopped by the Oakville store to pick up some more Cade ASB, I talked with the associate and I got the same answer, they could not believe how popular the soap and bowl combination was. I'm on a fresh puck of Cade purchased late in the fall so I should be ok.
