Light Box Tips?

The title says it all.
Ideas wanted for making a small light box, so I can show off my razors. Flash is just not getting it for me.

Tracing paper over an adjustable arm desk lamp works well.

I did a write up on another forum on how to do a zero budget photo shoot with just a smart phone camera (or any camera for that matter) and get passable web images that need no apology.

Shoot me a pm and I will send you the link rather thn cross posting forums. But for a full light tent, just go for PVC frame, clamp on work lights and either white plastic, cotton cloth (bed sheets) or some other similar material.

I found a set up a while back that I still use. a cardboard box with a square cut out of the right, left and top then covered with tracing paper. Then a piece of grey fabric sloping from the back and finally the metal clamp lights from home depot with soft white bulbs one shining into each tracing paper section.


I got my idea from Otaku Dan http://otakudan.com/2009/05/light-box-tutorial.html but there are lots of examples on google if you type in home made light box and hit images.

sorry if it is a little too close I used it for my inventory when I moved so I didn't care about propper framing.
