What's new

LIDER Active

The Polish classic has a new plastic tube, but the formula remains the same. After a side by side comparison shave,I can say that the cream in the plastic tube is as good as the old heavy duty metal tube. Why Lider has not changed the lime version to plastic tubes is a mystery,or maybe they just wanted to gauge reaction to the cheaper tube ?...cheap and good...

That's good to know, thanks.
I wonder why they changed to tube colour? To me the new tube doesn't look anymore appealing than the old one.

Definitely one of my top favorites. Used it this morning, in fact. Along with my new Gold/Black Beauty and a few splashes of Jeris Musk. Great way to start a day.

I had a co-worker of mine pick up some for me when he went to Poland, but he left it there. :scared: Waiting for his parents to send it a care package for him,

You can get these realtively cheap on ebay, usually in a group of 6...2 of each Lider and 2 Wars

I sent him email and asked about Bond. He sent me all three, Fresh, Speedmaster, and Spacequest for 50 PLN, or about $16 USD at the time.

It was the shave creams I got. Only tried them once, so far. Can't remember the specifics, but they seemed pretty decent. I do remember thinking that I liked the Lider Classic better. I'll have to move them up in my rotation, pay attention this time, and report back.

These are all Polish aftershaves... correct ???

I never tried the creams, but the Bond aftershave is very good, and lasts a long time.

maybe some day...

All three Bond creams are quick to lather, make decent peaks, and makes for a great shave. Well worth trying. The scents are really mild. Fresh has a slight powdery scent, as you might expect. I couldn't detect any scent on the Spacequest. The Speedmaster has an extremely light soap scent, reminiscent of Arko. Wars also lathers well and, while I can't describe the scent, it is stronger than Bond but pleasant. I prefer both of the Lider creams with their strong scent and great lather. Sadly, I haven't tried any of the Polish aftershaves or colognes yet. Maybe that chubby guy in the red suit will surprise me this Christmas.

The Wars cream is sort of lemony-scented. Its lather and post-shave care are fabulous. To me it's the best cream which comes from Poland.
