Lamba razors Bronze versus Stainless steel?

In the vendor forum, there is a great post about the Bronze he uses and why he selected that specific one.

I am curious about the comparisons of his bronze versus stainless steel. Is one more corrosion resistant? Is one easier to keep shiny and pristine? How about impacts if one is accidentally dropped? What are the pro's and con's of these two razor material options?

Personally, I tend to believe the brass he uses is better than that of other common razors we see on the forum. He is spot on with his discussion of 316L stainless too!

Shout out for @Lambda Razors! 🙂

There is a huge amount of discussion about this in the Lambda Athena thread, in addition to some in the other several Lambda threads

Yep, I read that one. What I didn't see in it is a comparison of the 316L to Bronze.

Curious here, why ask all these different questions in the general forum and not go direct to the vendor forum where the vendor actually is? Doesn't that make more sense?

You can't create any threads there so, the only option would be to derail a good thread.

I have both and like the stainless due to less up keep. I will say I’ve had my bronze for over a year and hadn’t needed to polish it yet. It’s very good quality bronze.

He uses a good saltwater oriented bronze so it will be better than the bronze most of us far away from the Ocean will see in our daily lives. His bronze is also better than many other razor maker's bronze.
