La Guacamaya! Whoooooweeeee!

I found an old bottle of La Guacamaya hot sauce in the fridge.
I'm pretty sure it's from 2009 so it's well aged now.
I put it in my chili for lunch today.

I feel extra sorry for my co-workers.

I know there are others who love this stuff.
I can't be the only one.

Gee, I would have thought it got better over the long term. You know, like a fine wine?
It's great in Chili.
I may have been overzealous in extolling it's virtues, but really it is good.

I'm a little surprised that it's not more popular.

Just be prepared Jim. It's not like your average hot sauce.
Mind you, living in the frozen north I don't really know what a tradtional salsa/hot sauce would taste like.
It's just not part of my culture.
