I picked this beauty up for $20.00 USD at a pawn shop. I suspect it may be NOS since the blade doesn't appear to have been honed at all, even under a loupe. There is a very small nick in the blade only perceptable under magnification and a couple of tiny spots that I couldn't get quite clean polishing by hand. I can't really find any concrete info on the manufacturer, or this particular blade except to say that it's likely a good shaver.
