My mommy got me a King Oscillating razor for Christmas! It is an interesting razor, which has a little wheel mechanism on top that makes the blade move back and forth while you roll it across your face. It looks like a recipe for laceration. Looks like it doesn't get a lot of praise around here, but it is an interesting piece, and a novel idea. I went ahead and gave it a go (the vintage blades were in immaculate condition). The oscillating mechanism really doesn't work like they thought it should, but it does sometimes. It makes a pretty entertaining ratcheting noise though. Overall, I really got a fair shave out of it (still had to do a good bit of clean up with my SS). The one thing I will say is that the blades are quite nice. Tey are nice and thick, and work very well for me. I might give them a go in another razor. It is a fun razor, but I don't think it will make it into my regular rotation. Anyone else have any experience with this razor / blades?

I've got a couple of these King razors, but have not shaved with one yet. I can't remember if I have any blades for mine or not... so many razors I've forgotten

Very nice, I have the flip top case, but not the box & instructions. It doesn't look like the blades are going to fit into any of my other razors...
