Kent T12s on offer on eBay

The brush looks lovely....and yes it is dense...however the jury is still out.
This is the first very large brush I have used, and I am not sure how it should behave. I had to stop during my first shave, due to the number of hairs being shed. I gave it a better wash and the number now being shed has been reduced considerablyhowever there is still some loss. I am unsure if this is part of the normal breaking in phase. All I can say is that none of my other brushes behaved in the same way. I emailed Kent a few days ago....but as yet have had no reply.

Regards
Brian

Update:

Subsequent shaves have had minimal shedding. I am pleased with the brush.

Best Regards

Hmmmm im not so happy to hear about your shedding of the hairs...

But hey even the Expensive Super brush from CAR ! did shed like a snake renewing its skin ! judgin the Joel review !

I have only the tweezerman cheap pure badger and that shed also the first time like 10 -15 hairs on my chin... I think its broken in and now and then it would shed 1 hair ..or so. not too bad for a $10 brush. but I need to step up.

After hearing your story I will skip T12 and rather lean towards a Kent Bk8.

I was thinking the T12 looked a bit rougher more dense with its hair better for Soap?
