Just received 2 English News from Ebay. Is one a Winsor?

Hi All,
Just received two English New OC's from Ebay UK from different sellers. Both bought at a very reasonable price.
The first is a standard English New and it's in great condition:


The second English New looks like a Winsor. It's a pity the blade box is missing.

Nice. I've got a replated new OC head on the way so I can take part in OC October.
