I made and received and order from West Coast Shaving about a month ago and in the order I ordered 2 pucks of Mitchell's Wool Fat soap. I read so many glowing reviews I just knew I was going to like it so I ordered 2. Turns out, I don't particularly like it. So I was looking for the second puck (hoping to do a trade) and realized that I didn't receive it in the order. I looked all through my closet -err - shaving den and no luck - three times. Moronic thing to do, not checking the invoice when I received the order.
So I sent off an email wondering if they had one extra in stock. Silly me, where I work we have folks coming around asking if we have such and such computer(s) in our possession. Inventories are a wonderful thing. Anyways not to get off track, Christine got back to me and politely and in not so many words said your an idiot but we trust you so what do you want. She really just said we trust you, I added the idiot part. So they are going to send me some Proraso Cream to replace the loss. Which is warp 9 better then MWF, IMHO.
Of course, if I ever find that second puck of MWF, I'll reimburse immediately.
So A Big Hooray for West Coast Shaving from me for Excellent Customer Service!!
