I work out at least 5 days per week. Alternating cardio/legs day(s) and weight day(s). I've read that a great warm-up is 3 minutes of jumping rope regardless of whether its a cardio or weight day? Anyone else incorporate jump rope as a warmup exercise?
Me! I do jump rope for a couple of minutes to warm up. Stretching and mobility exercises feel much better. A huge benefit I’ve noticed is I burn many more calories during my workout if I warmup jumping rope or going for a 400 meter run.
