Got 200 of these of E-Bay, seems that Jewell no longer make Razor blades for DE use only for Cutting Tools, will let you know how they go, they do pop up on E-bay now and again...

I have some of the Platinum version. Packaging is different but same manufacturer, Jewel, in England. They are pretty nice blades but not quite as good as English made Wilkinsons. I'm curious to hear how those Super Stainless ones work for you.
I managed to pick up 250 of the Platinums last week for $19.99. They haven't arrived yet. I figured that most vintage blades are pretty good so at that price it is what you'd call a bargain.
Do these have a patent number on the blades? I picked up a 100 pack (vintage hospital stock, it looked like)...box only said Sheffield, blades say Super Stainless and come in plain red wrappers. Very good shaves, but I'm not really a blade connoisseur.

EDIT: Nevermind; googled it and found where this pat. number has already been discussed. Apparently they're early coated, which explains the good shaves I've gotten from them.

I never heard of them and it would be quite interesting to see how they shave. Give us some feedback.
