Are the fine soap containers usable for other soaps like tabac or Mitchell's WF?

Do you mean the ceramic containers from Fine without lids or the newer plastic ones with screw on lids that can be bought with a puck of soap in it? I have the plastic one & will check later.

I bought some Green Vetiver soap recently because (1) I like Guerlain Vetiver and (2) it came highly recommended to use with hard water. I was not disappointed. Granted some other artisinal soaps may have a better post-shave face feel, but, it doesn't make much difference if I can't get them to lather well in my hard water.

Good point! It is a great easy lathering soap.
