Id give it more time. A month isnt a very long time to grow a beard and youre really not going to know what you have under at least 3 months.
Id say that if you want to have a beard, have a beard. Be proud of what you can grow, even if its not as thick and full as youd like.

Looks like a beard to me. I say keep rocking it! Not many men can grow a full beard in a month, it really does take two- three for most of us. Neck line looks good where you have it, don't trim it at the jaw line like some guys do. If you posted this or repost it in the beard section you would get more support and tips.
